The server abandoned the hot milkshake to talk to her friend who had just walked in. Don't mind me then. There were no vegan options. Drinks were nice but my KitKat latte had cooled while she was taking ages over the milkshake.

Service at the till was a little slow when I visited (It wasn't busy) and the staff were initially a bit cold, but otherwise was up to the usual Costa standard. Parking can be awkward as there's not a huge amount of space available at that location. There is more around the back of the building if you want to risk it.

Very chilled atmosphere quite quite for a main road branch but it was 16:22pm so I suppose it was a quieter time the staff were pleasant and the service was great and speedy thank you

Never been in a Costa until yesterday as I always try to avoid large chain cafes and restaurants. I must admit that I'm really impressed with this place having gone there with some mates. It has a very spacious, light and airy feel which I love and the staff are really nice too. It's obviously very popular with local people and a great use of a former bank. Car parking can get a little crazy around there at certain times but I live nearby so it doesn't affect me. I think I'll return pretty soon!

Great staff, friendly, polite and attentive. Drinks were great and staff made sure to check for any allergies, as I asked for oatmilk in my drink. Clean and tidy Costa, worth a visit for a lovely hot drink.

The customer service here is outstanding! Bianca is the nicest person I've ever been served by in a Costa. She remembers my order everytime and is so friendly. It's a spacious and airy Costa with huge windows letting in loads of light. It's genuinely the best Costa I've used and with the best staff!
